2016 is bringing a exciting lineup of projects according to Just Cross Stitch magazine. The first is a series called Seasons in Chalk Art, a collaboration between cross stitch designer Cathy Habermann (A Year in Chalk) and chalk artist Priscilla Blain. This series includes chalk art that is adapted to cross stitch. The other series being started, both in the February issue, is the Hardanger Band Sampler. This stitch along style project will present one band of the sampler per issue giving you a full sampler at the end of 2016.
Another new addition to the magazine in 2016 is the Sampler & Antiques Needlework feature. Each issue will include a reproduction or antique-inspired sampler or needlework project.
